Global Warming Exposes Resources but Arctic Meeting Leaves Some Out in the Cold link

Yesterday March 29, Canada hosted a summit of five Arctic coastal countries (Canada, Russia, the U.S., Norway and Denmark). There is renewed interest in the arctic because global warming has melted massive ice sheets revealing vast new reserves of oil and other resources.
